Rumi's Kitchen Century City, located in Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, opened in 2026. The long, porcelain-tiled entry is flanked by a traditional in-ground Persian water fountain, and surrounded by a custom mural painted by Dean Barger Studios. The entry leads you to a winding staircase that overlooks massive barrel vaulted ceilings of Venetian plaster, with the kitchen in the background shrouded by a custom antiqued mirror installation. The restaurant's outdoor dining area is a private rooftop designed like a Persian garden, adorned with pomegranate and satsuma orange trees. The food is built around live-fire cooking, including charcoal. Rumi's boasts an eclectic wine list with a rare list of Middle Eastern wines dating back to the 1960's, and an elevated cocktail program utilizing Persian culinary ingredients in classic cocktails.
