Accordingly, Rumis Holdings LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Rumi’s Kitchen”, “we”, “us” or “our”) have developed a privacy policy that covers our use, collection, transfer and storage of your information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we collect from and about you during your visit to our online interfaces (including websites, mobile applications, social media, or other digital channels) and through your interaction with in-restaurant devices owned or controlled by us (collectively, the “Sites”). INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: (i) your visits to a Rumi’s Kitchen restaurant; (ii) purchasing a Rumi’s Kitchen Gift Card or other products online; (iii) seeking information about Rumi’s Kitchen or making reservations; (iv) registering for our e-mail or text messaging communications, either on our website or in one of our restaurants; (v) contacting us through any means; (vi) participating in an online survey; or (vii) voluntarily providing information to us through other means.

Information we collect may include your: (i) name; (ii) mailing address; (iii) phone number; (iv) email address; (v) contact preferences; (vi) credit card information; (vii) any other information you share with us; and (viii) information that is provided to us by a business partner or third-party affiliate about you. Additionally, as you navigate our website, our web server will automatically collect anonymous information about you and your activities during your visit which includes navigational data and web server logs, and may include information such as your IP address, information about your browser and operating system, and the URL from which you came to our website.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Rumi’s Kitchen attempts to limit the collection and sharing of information we collect about you and limit our collection as set forth in this Policy. We attempt to prevent unauthorized access or breach of our systems by following industry standard practices. If you use any of the social media platforms that may be linked to from the Sites, the information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the information you choose to share or submit in these instances, and we have no ability or obligation to protect it in any way. Social media platforms are governed by separate and distinct privacy policies or notices and are not controlled in any manner by Rumi’s Kitchen.

INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA TECHNOLOGY

We may also automatically collect information about you and your activities on the Rumi’s Kitchen Sites via cookies, web beacons and similar technology. We use these technologies to help us better understand user behavior, for information regarding traffic to portions of the website, and to facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. If you submit comments through the Sites, we may use or post your comments (or a portion or variation of your comments) and your first name on this the Rumi’s Kitchen website or other media without payment or compensation to you.

We presently do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Google Analytics to provide website analytics services for our website. Google Analytics use cookies to gather usage information in order to help us analyze the use of our website. In the event of a reorganization, merger or sale we may transfer any and all information we collect about you to a third party in relation to the reorganization, merger or sale.

OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not associated with Rumi’s Kitchen. As applicable, Rumi’s Kitchen encourages you to review the privacy notice(s) on any third-party website before using or entering any personal information on those websites, and to fully consider the risks associated with using or entering your personal information on those websites. Rumi’s Kitchen is not responsible for the content, use, or the privacy policies or practices of websites not affiliated with us.

When you purchase a gift card from Rumi’s Kitchen, you may be directed to a third- party affiliate website or application hosted on the Sites. Gift card purchases may be processed by or with assistance from a third-party fulfillment services provider, and all information that you provide in connection with a gift card purchase is subject to the terms and privacy notice for that website or provider, as applicable.

We may combine information collected from third parties with information we collect from you, and other information collected from cookies, web beacons and other technologies and use the aggregated information in connection with various purposes described herein.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

Rumi’s Kitchen does not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you believe information of a child under the age of 13 has been inadvertently collected through the Sites, please contact us at legal@rumiskitchen.com.

USE OF WIFI NETWORK IN RESTAURANTS

This Policy may be supplemented and additional information may be collected about you if you connect to the WiFi networks within our restaurants. Please carefully review the terms and disclosures that are presented to you when you connect to these networks.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE

This Policy may be changed or updated at our discretion from time-to-time and without prior notice to you. We will indicate at the top of the Policy the date at which it was most recently updated.
